Going to OZ!!! Excited to be off to Australia’s World cup in Mandurah… Well actually not to excited about the 2 day flight, but very much about the rest. Hope the weather and river we are skiing on will treat us well. This is the first world cup of the year, they only invite top 8 in the world for women & men. I know two things, it will be fun and ill be giving it my best.!!
Everyone this is Zoe, we have had her for two years and she is one of my/our training partners...you can always trust she will be in that seat:-)
Well I have to say Im pretty exited to finish the season with a second spot at Colombia Night Fly. This was my first night tournament since my crash and I was pretty nervous about how I would feel, but as soon as my skis hit the water I felt excited , focused and in control of my body. It was a lot of fun out there and now its time to relax a bit. Unfortunately the boys didnt get to finish their finals because of a heavy fog and they had to cancel them half way through. The event continued with the spectators eating, having fun and danced lots in the tents generously provided by the sponsors. A huge thanks goes out to the organisors and sponsors, what a fun event!!! Thank you!!!!
We are off to Bogota Columbia in the morning for the Night fly!!…Cant wait.. Been training hard like everyone else and Tom and I just dropped our dog Zoe of at her holiday home in Clermont. Take off at 8.30 so we are trying to get an early night.. Really exited and nervous about skiing in the dark again since I haven’t done that since my injury but I loved it then, so hopefully I pick that up quickly:-) xxx your fingers for me:-)
Well I have to say that I am now part of the crossfit crazyness. Found a place in Kissimmee “Crossfit Hyperdrive” that I am finding myself eager getting to in the evenings after finishing on the water. Really nice couple running the place, feel very welcome and meeting new people & making friends is allways fun. Anyone want to come let me know, its a lot of fun….and challenging!
