Occupation To make it to the top in the sport of water-skiing a big part of my life has been centered on my training and preparation for tournaments. I have spent a lot of time in physical and mental training. Not only has the physical part interested me, but strength-/fitness training has always been a part of my daily training. It is my big interest and through my career I have increased my knowledge of human physique. Therefore it has always been natural for me to keep my focus on nutrition since it has accompanied me with the results and performances I achieved.
Educational background Dietician specialized in health and sports nutrition. Certified personal trainer in Denmark and in the USA. Courses in anatomy, physiology, chemistry in Copenhagen and Sports psychology in Australia.
