The Calgary worlds was a tough one for me.  The event itself was terrific.  The bands, the energy, the organisation, the people.  Calgary played host to one of the most exciting worlds in recent history.  The Castynstone site was perfec.  I felt good on the day of the finals and really should have done better than the 51.1m.   I cannot complain though. Angela is a fierce competitor who will always provide a challenge to the top podium spot.

My jumping is coming along nicely.  My cuts felt amazing.  My focus for the next week will be to get moving through the ramp.  I hope for the Europeans coming up on the 21-22 August that I will be fine tuned and ready to fly for the home crowd

So Far so good in Canada.  The weather has held up providing us with great opportunities on the water to get used to the site.  On tuesday the wind was so strong though that we had to cancel the day.  The team is settled in and over the jet lag.  9 hours on a plane is never fun.

After the success of the World Cup in Russia.  I got to trip back to England for a few days before making my way back to Denmark.  Always nice to go to Hazelwoods ski world and spend a couple extra days with my boyfriend before having to be away for 3 weeks for the lead up to the world championships in Calgary, Canada.  I shall be in Denmark all the way up till the end of july.  The world championships start on the 2nd August.  Keep posted here for how my training goes.
